Terry Ragland

Terry Ragland, CPM, CAPS, CAM, is a highly experienced property management professional with a robust career spanning several prominent companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Property Management at Blue Ridge Companies since April 2010, Terry has previously held roles including Director of Management Services and Regional Asset Manager. Prior experience includes positions as District Manager at Sentinel Real Estate and Regional Manager at RREEF. Additionally, Terry was a Senior Property Manager at AvalonBay Communities. Educational background includes a BA in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and an Associate’s Degree from Louisburg College.
