Heidi Ragan

Heidi Ragan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational and career development. Currently serving as the Watauga District Manager and previously as the Training and Development Manager at Blue Ridge Energy since March 2017, Heidi has a strong background in managing and enhancing training programs. Prior to this role, experience includes working as the Organizational Development Manager at Transportation Insight from February 2011 to February 2017 and serving as the Director of Career Services at the Walker College of Business, Appalachian State University from January 2005 to April 2011. Educational qualifications include an Education Specialist degree in Higher Education Administration, a Master's degree in College Student Development with a concentration in Student Affairs Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Hospitality and Tourism Management, all from Appalachian State University.
