Alicia Utzman

Alicia Utzman has a diverse background in health services and case management, currently serving as a First Steps professional at Blue River Services, Inc. since April 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Family Case Manager at the Indiana Department Of Child Services from November 2018 to April 2023, and a Pediatric Nursing Recruiter at Home Care Network for a brief period in 2018.
