Akshay Nair

Akshay Nair serves as the Director of Recruiting at Blue River Technology, leading technical recruiting and talent acquisition for John Deere, Blue River Technology, and Bear Flag Robotics in the United States since August 2021. Previously, Akshay held the role of Head of Technical Recruiting for John Deere, focusing on the same subsidiaries. Prior experience includes over a decade at Google, where Akshay was a Software Engineering Sourcing and Recruiting Manager, leading efforts for the Google Ads product area. Earlier roles include Senior Paid Search Manager at In the Company of Huskies and various positions at Google. Akshay holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from University College Dublin and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
