Britsy Neale

Britsy Neale is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in the agricultural and sustainability sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Product Management at Blue River Technology since October 2020, Britsy has previously held key roles at BASF as a Product Manager where portfolio management and digital strategy development were paramount, as well as participating in BASF’s North American MBA Leadership Development Program. Prior to BASF, Britsy held positions at Mondelēz International focusing on the economic impacts of cocoa production, Cisco as an MBA intern in Global Marketing during the Rio 2016 Olympics, and EDF Climate Corps promoting sustainability initiatives at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Britsy holds dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and Environmental Management from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and Duke University, respectively, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Principia College.
