Raimund Mullin has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Research and Development Engineer for Blue Robotics, where they are able to take part in the full product design process from inception to launch. Prior to that, they were an R&D Engineering Intern and Contractor for the same company in 2020 and 2021 respectively. In 2019, they worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Victoria, where they worked closely with Dr. Keivan Ahmadi to perform force modelling for CFRP machining in the DDM research laboratory. In 2018, they were a Machine Shop Co-op for the University of Victoria, a Mechanical Engineering / Shop Fabrication Co-op Student for HES PV, and a Maintanence Engineering Co-op Student for Catalyst Paper. In 2011, they began working as an Umpire for BCBUA. Raimund also had roles as a Duck Gunner for Ducks Unlimited Canada in 2016 and a Hockey Official for BC Hockey in 2008. In 2014, they were a Riparian Restoration Worker for Cowichan Lake and River Stewardship.

Raimund Mullin's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria, which they obtained between 2016 and 2021, as well as a Dogwood Diploma from Lake Cowichan Secondary School, which they obtained between 2013 and 2016.
