Scott G. Ames II

Mr. Ames is a Principal at Blue Sea Capital. Scott assists with identifying, evaluating and executing investment opportunities as well as providing ongoing support to the firm’s portfolio companies. Currently, Scott serves on the Board of Directors of Apex Physics Partners, Deca Dental, SignatureMD and Spectrum Vision Partners.

Prior to joining Blue Sea Capital, Scott was an Associate at Trivest Partners, a middle market private equity firm. Scott began his career as an investment banking Analyst in Raymond James’ Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

In his spare time, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, fishing, SCUBA diving and surfing.
