Brian Dawson has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Brian is currently serving as the Chief Delivery Officer at Blue Sentry Cloud, where they also held the positions of Head of Service Delivery and Vice President of Service Operations. Prior to their role at Blue Sentry Cloud, Brian worked at Citizens Bank as the Head of HR Technology, Vice President for seven years. Brian also has experience working at the University of Massachusetts as a Senior Manager and Senior Project Manager, where they were involved in platform transitions and major upgrades. Additionally, Brian worked at the State of Delaware as an Application Leader, managing full lifecycle project management and custom application development. Earlier in their career, they were a Fraud Investigator at First USA Bank, where they played a key role in updating databases and implementing fraud-watch recovery software.
