Cheryl Dilley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT and organizational transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Director in the Office of the CIO at Blue Shield of California, Cheryl identifies and implements strategic changes in policy, process, and technology to enhance operational effectiveness and member trust. Previous roles at Blue Shield include Director in the same office and Principal HR Business Partner for IT, where Cheryl focused on talent acquisition to support healthcare industry transformation. Prior to joining Blue Shield, Cheryl held multiple leadership positions at Intel Corporation, particularly in IT transformation and operational excellence. Cheryl earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Environmental Science from California State University, Chico.
