Sarah Miller serves as the Enterprise Vice President of Strategy & Innovation at Blue Shield of California, focusing on impactful leadership for nearly 5 million members while embodying the corporate values of Human, Courageous, and Honest. As the Principal and Founder of No Stone Unturned Strategic Advisory Consulting, Sarah promotes social justice and population health through a boutique advisory practice that emphasizes strategic execution and high-performing organizational cultures. Previously, Sarah held various leadership roles at Sutter Health, including Corporate Vice President for Enterprise Transformation, where responsibilities encompassed steering strategic initiatives across a vast integrated health system, as well as leading efforts in response to Covid-19 and advancing health equity. Educational credentials include a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Behavior from the University of California, Berkeley.
