Soteris Karoly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communications governance and operational management within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Director of Communications Governance at Blue Shield of California since March 2020, Soteris previously held various leadership roles at UnitedHealthcare from January 2006 to February 2020, including Director of Operations, where accountability encompassed a $250 million operational budget and the delivery of 400 million units annually.
