Wendy Ladin

Wendy Ladin has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1993 as a Senior Technical Writer at CareAmerica. Wendy then worked at UCLA-Neuropsychiatric Institute as a Senior Research Associate from 1992 to 1997. During this time, they focused on research studies related to perception, cognition, and aging. Since 1997, Wendy has been employed at Blue Shield of California, initially as a Change Management and Communication Professional, Writer, Editor, and Project Lead. Currently, they hold the role of Principal in Internal Communications at the company. Throughout their career, Wendy has demonstrated exceptional writing, strategic planning, and project management skills.

Wendy Ladin obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UCLA between the years 1989 and 1992. In November 2016, they obtained the Prosci Change Management Certification from Prosci Canada, ULC.
