Pete Hadley

Pete Hadley is an experienced professional in organizational change management and talent development, currently serving as the Organizational Change Management Program Leader at Blue Skies Consulting since October 2022. Prior to this role, Hadley worked as a Principal Consultant, focusing on business adoption for a global medical device S/4HANA implementation. Hadley's career includes significant positions at DuPont as the Global Learning/Talent COE Leader, where responsibilities included global talent development and the establishment of a new learning organization, and at IQVIA as the Director of Global Talent and Leadership Development, leading various training initiatives. Furthermore, Hadley's extensive background with Deloitte involved delivering learning and organizational development solutions for major clients, along with early experience as the Director of Coaching for the Skating Club of Wilmington.
