Fabien Rico

Fabien RICO is an accomplished digital transformation expert with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Directeur Digital at BLUE SOFT GROUP since November 2015, Fabien oversees a business unit generating €27 million and managing 250 consultants, focusing on enhancing user experience, business processes, and information systems. Under the title of Directeur BSAcademy, Fabien has driven initiatives to promote expertise in addressing current IT challenges, successfully launching a network of experts. Previous roles include Presidente at A3IS, where Fabien led a company focused on new technologies, and various managerial positions at DECADE and Co-BSM, emphasizing project management, team leadership, and system integration. Fabien holds an educational background from EPSI Montpellier.
