Sashi Kolli

Sashi Kolli has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Sashi started their career at Parallax MicroSystems, Inc. in 1994 as a Software Engineer, where they designed and developed windows software for law firms. In 1996, they joined Relational Systems as a Software Developer, where they worked on resume scanning systems for recruiting companies and rewrote portions of the application using Microsoft Visual C++. In 1998, Sashi joined Flashline, Inc. as a Software Architect and played a key role in architecting the Flashline Enterprise repository, which later became known as BEA AquaLogic Enterprise Repository and Oracle Enterprise Repository. Sashi received a patent for the algorithm used in software component identification. In 2006, Sashi transitioned to BEA Systems as a Sr. Software Engineer, where they successfully integrated the Flashline Enterprise Repository application into the BEA ecosystem. In 2008, they joined Oracle as a Principal Member of Technical Staff, and during their tenure, they contributed until September 2014. In 2014, Sashi founded their own company, KolliFAY Interactive, where they served as the Principal and worked with businesses to bring their software products to market efficiently. Sashi provided full-stack development and helped businesses complete stalled projects. Finally, in September 2017, Sashi joined Blue Spark Technologies as the Director of Software Development, where they currently work.

Sashi Kolli obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University from 1989 to 1994. Additionally, Sashi has a certification as a Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP), but the institution, month, and year of achievement are not provided.
