Karly Howell

Karly Howell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Karly currently works at Blue Star Families as an Associate Director of Research, where they focus on analyzing survey data to address issues affecting military families. Karly is also involved in process development to streamline workflows.

Prior to joining Blue Star Families, Karly worked at the Girl Scout Council of Colonial Coast as a Volunteer Support Director. In this role, they led a team responsible for the retention and training of thousands of members across two states. Karly Howell has a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. In terms of additional certifications, Karly obtained a certification in UX Research: Journey Mapping from LinkedIn in July 2022. Karly also completed the Get Started with Tableau certification from Tableau in January 2022, as well as the Tableau Essential Training (2020.1) certification from LinkedIn in October 2020. Moreover, Karly earned the Your Money Your Goals Trainer certification from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) in January 2016.
