JC Dalto

JC Dalto began their career in 2015 as the Founder & CEO of Perspective | Sustainable Strategy & Leadership, a consulting firm. In 2016, they became the Vice President of the Board of Directors at Provincia Mandatos. In 2017, they became the CEO of Savencia Argentina and the Director - Member of the Board of Directors - Investor at Gota Water S.A. In 2018, they were appointed CEO Savencia Fromage & Dairy, Latin America. In 2021, they became President Dole Sunshine Company, Americas, and in 2022 they were appointed CEO Savencia Fromage & Dairy, Americas and Director - Member of the Board of Directors of both Lifeway Foods, Inc. and Blue Star Foods. JC also remains a Director - Member of the Board of Directors of Milkaut S.A.

JC Dalto's education history includes obtaining an Industrial Engineer degree from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires between 1982 and 1988. In 1994, they attended the University of Michigan for an Executive Seminar in Strategic Marketing Planning. In 2007, they attended the London Business School for an Executive Leading Edge Seminar in Leadership. Lastly, between 2016 and 2017, they obtained an Integral Professional Coach degree from ICC - Integral Coaching Canada, applying ICC's methodology based on Integral Theory.
