Mario Falguieres

Mario Falguieres is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Blue Star Group since April 2015, Mario has previously held multiple senior HR positions at BASF Argentina S.A. from October 1992 to April 2015, including HR Senior Manager and Global HR Manager for the Plastic Division. Mario holds a Licensure in Relaciones del Trabajo from the University of Buenos Aires, an ongoing degree in Comunicación Corporativa from UADE, and has completed programs at Harvard Business School and USP focusing on leading change and human resources management.
