Tom Overs is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the HVAC industry, currently serving as the CEO of the International Business Group at Blue Star Limited since September 2022, where leadership focuses on international expansion and sustainable HVAC solutions. Previous roles include Vice President of Residential Business at Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US, and Vice President of Dealer Channel at Harvey Building Products. Tom has also held significant positions at Lennox International, including VP & GM of Advanced Distributor Products and VP of Business Development, contributing to substantial growth and market strategies. Early career experience includes management roles at Service Experts and district management at Lennox.
