Korina Hojilla

Korina Hojilla possesses extensive experience in the food and service industry, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Blue Sushi Sake Grill since April 2021, following roles as Assistant Manager and Shift Manager. Prior to this, Korina held the position of Service Supervisor at Randalls Food Market, where responsibilities included managing customer service operations and training staff. Experience also includes coordinating PopUp dining events at Fooda and managing front-of-house operations at POKEATERY, where effective leadership and customer service were paramount.
