Joan Mae Espardinez

Joan Mae Espardinez is an experienced accountant with a diverse background in financial management, tax compliance, and reconciliation. Currently serving as an Accountant at Blue Tongue since December 2023, Joan oversees cash flows, cost management for international operations, and general ledger maintenance. Previous roles include Assistant Accountant and Accounts/Admin positions at Southland Supply Group, where responsibilities included accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation. With earlier experience at TaxTips as an Assistant Tax Accountant and a Portfolio Reconciliation Analyst at Manulife, Joan has developed a strong foundation in tax preparation, ledger reconciliation, and financial analysis. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Professional Accounting from King’s Own Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from La Salle University - Ozamiz, among other certifications.
