Grace Yang

Grace Yang, CFA, serves as an Associate at Blue Vista Capital Management since October 2020 and previously held the title of Senior Analyst. Prior to this, Grace worked as a Real Estate Analyst at Lakeshore Management from March 2017 to October 2020, where underwriting exceeded $500 million through advanced cash flow modeling and generating over 60 feasibility and investment reports. Grace conducted extensive submarket analyses and market trend projections in the multifamily sector. Earlier experience includes internships as a Consultant at Accenture and Aon Hewitt. Grace holds a Master’s degree in Project Management with a focus on Real Estate from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Polymeric Materials and Engineering from Sun Yat-sen University.
