James Strezewski

James Strezewski has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. James served as the Chief Financial Officer at Blue Vista Capital Management since 2015, where they were responsible for overseeing accounting, reporting, tax matters, and compliance. James also handled various operational duties related to employee benefits, office management, and cyber security.

Additionally, James has held several board positions, including being a member of the NCREIF PREA Reporting Standards Board since 2021. James previously served as a Board Member for the Kildeer Countryside Community Consolidated School District 96 Board of Education and the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF). At NCREIF, they also served as the Chairperson of the Board from 2012 to 2019.

Before joining Blue Vista Capital Management, James worked as a Senior Vice President at LaSalle Investment Management for over two decades.
