Ashley Church

Ashley Church has over 12 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Ashley began their career in 2006 as a Collegiate Development Consultant for Delta Gamma Fraternity. In 2007, they became the Director of Training for The Knowland Group, where they led a team of six individuals in the development of an online social media application. In 2008, Ashley worked as an Account Representative for Data Services, Inc. and also as a Fragrance Associate for Macy's. From 2012 to 2018, they were the Human Resources Manager for Cambridge International. In 2018, Ashley became the Chief Human Resources Officer and Director of Human Resources for Blue Water, where they strategically implemented a human resource function from all aspects including payroll and benefits, employee relations and engagement strategies. Most recently, in 2020, Ashley founded Coastal HR Solutions, providing outsourcing HR solutions to small to mid-size businesses.

Ashley Church has a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Environmental Planning from Salisbury University, which they obtained between 2002 and 2006. Ashley also has several certifications, including a Team Performance Certificate from The Predictive Index obtained in January 2022, an Organizing Your Remote Office for Maximum Productivity certification from LinkedIn obtained in May 2021, a Strategic Human Resources certification from LinkedIn obtained in July 2020, a Bark Professional certification from Bark.com obtained in June 2020, and a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM obtained in January 2017.
