Karlie Antezana

Karlie Antezana has held various roles in the Human Resources field since 2016. Karlie began their career as an HR Intern at Choptank Electric in 2016, where they were responsible for revising and updating company policies, as well as heading the wellness committee and filing all drug tests, sick leaves, accident reports, and vacation requests. In 2015, they worked as a Salesperson at Pappardelle's Pasta. In 2018, they were an Intern for Blue Water Development Corporation. Finally, from 2019 onwards, they have held the roles of Human Resources Director, Human Resources Generalist, and HR Manager at Blue Water.

Karlie Antezana attended Saints Peter and Paul High School from 2011 to 2015. Karlie then attended York College of Pennsylvania in 2015 for Recreational Management. In 2016, they began attending Salisbury University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General and a BS in Business Management in Human Resources.
