Spencer B. has over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry. In 2020, they began working as the Regional Director of Operations and Regional Revenue Manager for Blue Water. From 2010 to 2020, they worked for Newport Hospitality Group, Inc., where they held the positions of General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Front Office Manager, and Guest Service Manager. In 2008, Spencer began their hospitality career at the Carousel Resort Hotel & Condominiums in Ocean City, MD, where they worked in all departments of the hotel and gained valuable experience in the hospitality business.
Spencer B. graduated from Shepherd University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Recreation & Leisure Studies with a concentration in Tourism. In 2012, they obtained a Certified Hospitality Supervisor from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute. In March 2019, they obtained a CPR/AED/First Aid certification from the American Heart Association. Spencer also holds a Connect U certification from Marriott International.
