Mark Dooley

Mark Dooley has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the engineering and manufacturing industry. Mark currently serves as the Director of Product Design and Architecture at Blue Wave Boats/Silver Wave Pontoons, where they have been working since 2023. Prior to this, they were an Engineering Manager at Specific Systems from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at ENGlobal from 2018 to 2019 and as a Program Manager at L3 Technologies from 2014 to 2018. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Program Manager at Ducommun LaBarge Technologies from 2010 to 2014, and Product Development Engineer at LaBarge, Inc. from 2009 to 2010. Mark also worked as a Propulsion Design Engineer at Cessna Aircraft Company from 2006 to 2009 and as a Product Development Engineer at Hardbikes Inc. from 2006 to 2006. Their career began as a Co-Op Engineer at Mercury Marine from 2003 to 2005, and as a Student Machinist at RK Machine from 2002 to 2003.

Mark Dooley earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University in the years 2001-2005. Mark then pursued a Masters degree in Engineering Management from Kansas State University, completing it in the years 2008-2010.
