Jason Kamm

Jason Kamm is an Operating Partner at Blue Wolf Capital Partners LLC. The Blue Wolf Capital Funds are a family of private equity funds focused on transformational investments in middle market companies.

Mr. Kamm has over 20 years of professional experience in industry and consulting, working across a wide range of sectors including aerospace, industrial components, pharmaceuticals, biotech, and chemicals. He has supported Blue Wolf portfolio companies since 2013 with critical projects including post-merger integration, post-acquisition IP documentation, manufacturing process assessments, and process optimization. Mr. Kamm is deeply experienced in managing both the people and the science of operational transformation and is a skilled Lean practitioner and change agent, adept at facilitating shop floor transformation and supporting executive teams with organizational change and program management.

Mr. Kamm was named a Blue Wolf Operating Partner in 2015, and also serves as Managing Director of Summit Pharma Solutions, LLC, an operational transformation consultancy. Previously, Mr. Kamm held the positions of Director, Principal, and Managing Consultant with Quintiles and Tunnell Consulting, and Plant Metallurgist and Materials Engineer with New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Timken Aerospace, and The Torrington Company.

Mr. Kamm received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and Materials Engineering from the University of Connecticut and a M.S. in Mathematics/Statistics from the University of New Hampshire. He is also an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
