Debra Aldrich

Debra Aldrich serves as the Lead of Learning & Development within the Human Resources department at Blue Yonder since April 2013, where responsibilities include managing global onboarding for over 1,000 new associates annually and developing a blended virtual and online onboarding program. Prior experience at JDA Software spanned from March 2006 to April 2013, where roles included Training Manager for Space and Category Management, overseeing a team of technical instructors and managing budgets while tracking program KPIs, and Sr Education Architect, focusing on customer training and curriculum development. Debra also held the position of Training Manager for the US Census 2010, subcontracted by Blue Yonder, where the development of technical training curriculums and leadership programs was a key focus. Educational qualifications include a BA in Organizational Communications from Winona State University.
