Naveen Upadhyay

Naveen Upadhyay is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and professional services, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Blue Yonder since December 2021. Prior to this role, Naveen held various leadership positions, including RVP of Professional Services at Apttus, where responsibilities included overseeing offshore and nearshore delivery. At CallidusCloud, Naveen excelled as Senior Director of Professional Services, focusing on practice management, team building, and client advisory for cloud transitions. Earlier career experiences also include roles at TEKsystems, Deloitte Consulting, GECIS, Oracle India Pvt. Ltd., and Essar Steel, covering a range of consultative and managerial functions.
