Romina Waisbein

Romina Waisbein is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the SaaS and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Operations at Blue Yonder since 2022, Romina leads the development and implementation of a SaaS service offer management function, focusing on customer success and support services monetization. Previously, Romina held the position of Director of Services Operations at Anthology Inc, where significant contributions were made to professional services operations and process improvement. Prior roles include Senior Manager for Global Launch Management and Enablement at Epicor Software, where rapid advancements were achieved in field readiness and product marketing. Romina also served as Senior Global Readiness Project Manager at Campus Management Corp and Senior Manager for Worldwide Field Readiness at Citrix Systems, driving global readiness initiatives.
