Kristin Junia

Kristin Junia is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for Campus Recruiting at Bluebeam, Inc. since September 2021. Prior to this role, Kristin spent over 13 years at Siemens, where responsibilities included managing Early Career and Internship Programs within Smart Infrastructure and recruiting for various entry-level leadership and technical development programs. Kristin's early career features significant contributions at the University of Illinois at Chicago as Director of the Engineering Career Center, where oversight of career services led to successful student placements.
