Margaret Bowers See has held a variety of roles in their professional career. Margaret began their journey in 2012 as a Crew Member at McDonald's Corporation. In 2013, they were an Office Intern at ECS Billing & Consulting. In 2015, they were a Media Intern at Wttf Radio. In 2016, they were a Production and Promotions Intern at Mix 102.7. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at BlueBin Inc. in roles such as Senior Program Specialist, Program Specialist, Implementation Associate, HR Manager, Human Resources Generalist and Recruiting Coordinator, and HR and Accounting Coordinator. In 2021, they also took on the role of Digital Marketing Coordinator at Fabriweld Corporation.

Margaret Bowers See began their educational journey in 2014, when they attended Heidelberg University to study International Studies & Intergrated Media. In 2016, they attended the University of Amsterdam to study Social Sciences, and then returned to Heidelberg University in 2017 to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General. Margaret completed the MBA program in 2019.
