Courtney Toolin is a highly experienced Quality Control professional with a robust background in analytical methods and cellular therapy products. Currently serving as a Quality Control Lead Analyst at bluebird bio since August 2019, Courtney designs and oversees external laboratory studies for validation of analytical methods, authors regulatory filing sections, and manages quality system records. Previously, from July 2015 to August 2019, Courtney worked as a Quality Control Specialist III at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, focusing on cellular therapy product analysis to support clinical trials. Earlier experience includes a role as a Medical Technologist II at Brigham and Women's Hospital, where responsibilities encompassed complex testing and quality assurance in the Hematology department. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, obtained in 2012.
