Patrick Cullinan

Patrick Cullinan currently serves as Head of Medical Writing, Transparency, and Regulatory Systems at bluebird bio since November 2019. Previously, Patrick held multiple senior roles at Takeda from August 2008 to November 2019, including Head of Science Advocacy, Senior Director of Global Clinical Trial Transparency, and Director of Global Medical Writing. In these capacities, Patrick led efforts focused on clinical trial transparency and data sharing, ensuring compliance and promoting better health outcomes for patients. Patrick earned a PhD in Pathology with a focus on T cell activation from The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and holds a Bachelor of Science with first-class honours in Cell Biology and Molecular Genetics from University College Dublin.
