Joshua MacDonald

Joshua Macdonald has extensive experience in leadership and support roles within the scouting community and the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Deputy District Commissioner - Support and Trustee at Lowry District Scouts since October 2018, Joshua has previously held various positions, including Assistant County Commissioner for Inclusion at East Lancashire Scouts, where support was provided to over 1,000 volunteers. Additional experience includes managerial and team leadership roles at Bird & Blend Tea Co. since September 2020 and leadership as Chair of Salford Student Scout and Guide Organisation. Joshua also has a strong academic background, holding a Master of Arts in Contemporary Performance Practice and a Bachelor's degree in Drama and Creative Writing, both from The University of Salford.
