Leonard Hennessy

Leonard Hennessy is the owner of SDR Services, LLC, a screenplay review and creative development service, since May 2020, providing analytical insights on story, structure, and character development. In addition, Leonard serves as a script reader for the BlueCat Screenplay Competition, offering developmental analyses that enhance screenplay viability. With a military background as a Naval Officer from 1995 to 2015 and an Iraq veteran, Leonard also has expertise in military aviation. Prior experience includes working as a technical writer at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Educational credentials include certificates in Entertainment Studies from UCLA, a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a Master’s degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle, completion of the Command and Staff College at the U.S. Naval War College, and certificates in Music Producing and Writing from Berklee College of Music.
