Sada Carman is a Human Resources Generalist at BlueCat since October 2018, responsible for fostering positive employee relations, managing employee engagement initiatives, and overseeing performance management processes. With expertise as a Culture Amp Employee Engagement Subject Matter Expert, Sada has successfully implemented performance management cycles and recognition programs. Prior experience includes pivotal roles at The Travel Corporation, overseeing executive support, guest relations, and quality control, along with positions in travel consulting and administration. Sada holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from York University and a Diploma in Travel and Tourism from Centennial College.
