Christopher P. Jernigan

Christopher P. Jernigan, CPA, CGMA, is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in tax and accounting roles. Currently serving as the Director of Accounting at BlueChew since May 2021, Christopher previously held positions as Tax & Accounting Manager and Senior Staff Accountant at Athletico from November 2018 to May 2021. Prior to this, Christopher worked as a Senior Tax Associate at BDO USA, LLP, and held similar roles at Crowe Horwath LLP and SS&G. Early career experiences include working as an Accountant for the City of Mobile, AL, and Tax Accountant at Regions Financial Corporation. Christopher obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Spring Hill College, complemented by further education at the University of South Alabama Mitchell College of Business.
