Caroline Watkins is an experienced Real Estate Broker/Realtor currently with BlueCoast Realty Corporation since March 2017, leveraging knowledge in property and land management acquired during college at East Carolina University. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Land Use Planning and Management/Development, Caroline applies foundational principles of development alongside a successful background in marketing and advertising, which includes ongoing work at The Radio Werks/Wilm, Inc. since March 1999. Prior to BlueCoast Realty, Caroline served at Sold Buy the Sea Realty from January 2011 to March 2017, combining expertise in both real estate and client advertising needs.
