Heather Lattanzio

Heather Lattanzio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development, quality assurance, and engineering leadership. Currently serving as a SQL Server Developer and Release Engineer at BlueCreek Software since April 2017, Heather also co-founded SimpleQI, which focuses on quality improvement through automation. Prior roles include Executive Director of Engineering at The Institute for Healthcare Improvement, where comprehensive technology management was a key responsibility, and Director of Development Services at Endeca, where organizational functions were formalized and managed. Heather has also held significant roles at NaviPath, SmartRoute Systems, and Parametric Technology Corporation, contributing to system development and quality assurance. Heather earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University in June 1992.
