Dave Cackett is an experienced professional with a robust background in account management and operational leadership. Currently serving as Account Development Manager for Services at BlueCrest since December 2020, Dave focuses on client retention, protection, and growth in the South West of the UK. Prior to this role, Dave spent a decade at Oracle in various senior positions, including Senior Operations Manager, Head of Technical Account Management, and Managed Services Manager, where responsibilities spanned customer support delivery, team leadership, and P&L management. Earlier experience includes roles at Sun Microsystems and G&A Technical Services, emphasizing operational excellence and customer support delivery.
