Tyler Walker

Tyler Walker is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager of Sales Operations at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi since July 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations of Sales and Sales Support, managing the Request for Proposal process for larger groups, and training Sales Support staff for optimal performance. Tyler previously worked as an Individual Sales Agent, assisting agents and potential members in closing sales while resolving application issues. Additionally, Tyler has an academic role as an Adjunct Professor at Mississippi College since January 2017 and has experience as a Football Graduate Assistant at the same institution. Tyler's early career includes an internship with the New Orleans Saints. Tyler holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Mississippi College, as well as a leadership certification from Mississippi Economic Council.
