Braden Watkins

Braden Watkins is an Actuarial Assistant at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this role, Braden completed a Data Analytics Internship focused on Chamber of Commerce Salary Trend Analysis at Union University McAfee School of Business, guided by Dr. Janice Pittman, and served as Information Technology Event Support Staff at Union University from August 2018 to May 2022. Braden also participated in a remote independent summer program with CAS Student Central during the initial stages of the Covid-19 pandemic, aimed at educating participants about the actuarial field. Earlier work experience includes serving as an Electronics Department Sales Associate at Walmart from May 2018 to November 2019. Braden holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Union University, earned in May 2022.
