Glen Olson

Glen Olson serves as the Director of Application Services - Information Delivery at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, overseeing the Data Visualization, DevOps, Application Development, and Quality Assurance sectors within the Analytics Division. In addition, Glen leads two application development teams and functions as the Solution Architect for the Medical Informatics Division at BCBST. Previous experience includes managerial roles in Sales and Marketing Systems and Operational Analytics, as well as positions such as Systems Analyst 3 and Applications Analyst at Erlanger Medical Center. Glen's career in healthcare technology began at Beaufort Memorial Hospital as a Systems Analyst. Academically, Glen holds a Master of Arts in Trumpet Performance from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Music Education from the University of Northern Iowa.
