Nicole Johnson

Nicole Johnson has a diverse background in healthcare, with experience spanning over sixteen years. Currently a Call Center Agent at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee since July 2023, Nicole has also served as a Reimbursement Specialist at National Seating & Mobility since June 2021. Prior roles include Dialysis Technician at Chattanooga Kidney Center, where responsibilities included cannulating and decannulating patients, and Cardiovascular Tech at Erlanger Health System. Nicole's early healthcare experience began as a Care Partner at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, focusing on acutely ill children, and as a Cardiac Procedure Tech at Memorial Hospital.
