Gus Nasr

Gus Nasr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health, safety, environment, quality assurance, and training compliance across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior HSE Partner at Bluecurrent AU/NZ since February 2016, Gus provides pivotal guidance to ensure compliance with Australian regulations and the Bluecurrent HSE Management System. Prior roles include Quality Assurance and RTO Compliance Manager at AlertForce Pty Limited, where responsibilities encompassed ISO 9001 certification and VET quality framework training development, and a significant tenure at the Australian Electoral Commission, overseeing elections at a divisional level for over three decades. Additional experience includes serving as HSEQ Manager at Lendlease and Senior HSE Systems and Training Manager for the NBN Project at Silcar, alongside consulting for the construction industry while at Chain Management Solutions. Gus holds a Master’s in Education (Leadership) and a Bachelor of Education, complemented by a Diploma in Teaching, all from Australian Catholic University.
