Jithu Alex

Jithu Alex started their work experience in 2017 as a Quality Assurance Analyst at WEBCASTLE MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED. In this role, they gained experience in software testing, requirement analysis, task planning, and test reporting. Jithu worked there until 2018.

In 2018, Jithu joined ZH Healthcare, Inc. as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer. Jithu brought their 5 years of experience in manual testing to this role. Jithu'sresponsibilities included various types and phases of testing, such as smoke testing, sanity testing, regression testing, and functional and non-functional testing. Jithu'stenure at ZH Healthcare, Inc. is ongoing.

Jithu Alex began their education at St. Francis Assisi Higher Secondary School in Arthunkal, Alappuzha, Kerala from 2009 to 2013. After completing their secondary education, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology at St. Xavier's Catholic College Of Engineering in Chunkankadai, Kanyakumari, Tamilnadu during the same period. Additionally, they enrolled as a student at St. Xavier's Catholic College of Engineering affiliated with Anna University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology in 2013.
