Christine Ow

Christine Ow serves as a Digital Water Analyst at Bluefield Research since July 2023 and as a Rising Smart Water Professionals Ambassador with SWAN since March 2024. Previously held a role as a Graduate Consultant (Manager) with the NYC Department of Environmental Protection, where efforts focused on integrating equity into cloudburst resiliency strategies. Academic background includes an MPA in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University and a BA in Political Science from UCLA. Experience spans research, social media strategy, and community engagement, demonstrated through positions such as Graduate Research Assistant at Columbia Water Center and Junior Consultant at Bridge Consulting in Beijing. Leadership skills were honed during tenure as Chapter President of the United Nations Association at UCLA.
