Alicia Sweatt has extensive work experience in various call center and customer service roles. Alicia started their career in 1990 as a Member Services Clerk at BMG, and later became a Member Services Trainer. Alicia also worked as a Call Center Supervisor at DOUBLEDAY BOOK CLUB, BMG Music, SPERION, and Thompson Consumer Electronics. From 1999 to 2003, Sweatt served as a Customer Service Supervisor at BMG Music. In 2003, they joined Bluegreen Vacations, where they held several positions, including Operations Supervisor, Senior Director of Customer Care, Operations Manager, and currently as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and New Hire Onboarding. Alicia Sweatt has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in managing call center operations and customer service teams throughout their career.
Alicia Sweatt attended Thomas Carr Howe High School, where they obtained a General Studies Diploma in 1984. Alicia later attended the University of Indianapolis from 1985 to 1986.
